The Heritage offers one of the best vegetarian/vegan menus in West Michigan. One of the head chefs is vegetarian and they really go all out on creating interesting options (like the above mentioned mock eel) for those of us who don&#039;t eat meat. It&#039;s great to know a new generation of chefs will head out into the world knowing how to make decent AND healthy food.</description>
