I used to work in the same strip mall as Blue Ginger, I found the restaurant to be a convenient place to get a quick to-go lunch and eat back at my office. I never tried the soup (the to-go lunch specials did not include the option) but the egg rolls were very crisp and flavorful. Being that I am a person who rarely orders a different meal each time I go out, I have only eaten two different menu items there. The Mongolian Beef was by far my favorite of the two, the other being pepper steak, which was a bit chewy. The Mongolian beef was good for the lunch price, it had a bit of spice and a range of flavors. Perhaps taking the food out of the restaurant helped my senses focus on the food rather than the distractions of the restaurant decor thereby enhancing the food experience.
